OCCUPANCY: The rates are based on one person per unit. There is only one unit allowed per lot. All occupants must be registered at the park office. All rent is payable in advance (on or before the due date). Your rental payment includes; water, sewage and garbage. All rentals are month to month, there are no long-term leases or rental agreements.
TRASH: All trash must be bagged and tied prior to being placed in the dumpster. All boxes should be flattened in dumpster or left to the side. No tires, batteries, oil, paint, chemicals, furniture, metal or appliances are allowed in the dumpster. If any resident of the park is found not abiding by these rules, they may be subject to a penalty fee. The park dumpster is emptied every Thursday morning.
PETS: Only small pets are allowed on the property (35 pounds or less). Pet must be on a leash at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not to be left unattended outside of your unit. No aggressive breeds allowed.
QUIET TIME: The rights of your neighbors must be respected at all times. Quite time is 10:00pm (CST) to 7:00am (CST). We ask that you keep radio playing and other noises within reason during all times so not to disturb others.
CAMPSITES: Campsites are to be kept litter free, including cigarette butts. Non-functioning/dead vehicles are not allowed in the park. No outside appliances, dog pens, storage buildings, or laundry lines will be allowed.
SEWER USE: All sewer connections must have the proper sewer hose and connections required. Hoses must have a donut or elbow on the end.
SPEED LIMIT: The park speed limit is 5 MPH which is posted at the park entrance, for the safety of our guest and pets. We do have gravel roads which create dust, please observe the speed limit at all times.
VISITORS: you are welcome to have visitors, no move-ins are allowed. Please note that additional cost may apply. The park reserves the right to limit the stay and number of person per site.
WATER USE: Please repair any leaks that your unit might have immediately. If you see any outside leaks to park facilities, please report them to the park management immediately. We prohibit any washing of vehicles. The park will turn any water off to any unit if there are leaks, until the leaks are repaired.
THIRD PARTY RENTALS & SUBLETTING: Third party rentals and/or sublets are not permitted.
RV APPEARANCE: Management reserves the right to refuse service to any RV based upon its appearance or condition.
ACTS OF GOD: Pleasant Grove RV Park, LLC and/or management personnel assume no responsibility for injury, accidents, losses of any cause including loss of person property or accidents caused by or resulting from any acts of God or nature.
This is a privately owned and operated RV Park. We reserve the right to evict, without prior notice to anyone who violates our guidelines. No refund of fees will be made in such an event.
